Shanxi Millet Braised Rice

Wash the potatoes and cut them into small pieces, soak the soybeans in water for 20 minutes in advance, wash the vermicelli as small pieces, and wash the millet. The millet I use is our own farm millet.

Use a rice cooker to boil water. After the water boils, put the potatoes and soybeans into a simmer for 20 minutes

20 minutes later, add the millet and vermicelli and simmer for half an hour, and put in the right amount of salt

Then it can be out of the pot, sprinkle some chopped green onion
Tips:
Except for the vermicelli, the ingredients I use are bought in the market, and the others are grown by my own home. You must eat natural ones!
