Sheep's Hoof

Pick the sheep's hooves and wash them

Put it in a larger basin, sprinkle with five-spice powder, salt, and appropriate amount of flour, mix well, so that each leaf is covered with flour

Put it in a steamer and steam for about 10 minutes. During the steaming process, open the lid and double the unfamiliar area in the middle.
