Shrimp and Egg Sandwich

Prepare all the ingredients. For the toast, I used wheat flour for arowana bread, cooked shrimp, eggs, lettuce, and cheese slices.

I use a bread machine to make the toast. The ingredients are 195 grams of water, 3 grams of salt, 23 grams of sugar, and 20 grams of corn oil. Add all to the bread bucket.

Then add the special wheat flour for Arowana bread to the bread machine.

Add another 3 grams of yeast on top of the flour.

Knead in the bread machine for about 30 minutes, then add the cooked sesame seeds to the bucket.

Then all that is left is the work of the bread maker.

The sliced bread is toast slices, then fried eggs, peeled shrimps, soaked and washed lettuce.

Place the ingredients on the toast separately, and squeeze them with tomato sauce or Thousand Island sauce according to personal preference.

The picture shows a well-matched sandwich.

After being cut in half, as shown in the picture, it is a sandwich with plenty of ingredients and delicious flavor.
