Shrimp Cooked in Wine

Change the small cayenne pepper into pieces, slice the corn cob, and pick the broccoli into small flowers;

Remove the shrimp shell, if there is shrimp thread on the back, pick out the shrimp thread, add 2 tablespoons of white wine, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper for pickling, and let stand for 15-20 minutes;

Tips:
1. Under normal circumstances, beef, pork, etc. called red meat should be paired with red wine, fish, shrimp, chicken, etc. should be paired with white wine, but you have to say that I use white wine for beef and red wine for fish, that’s okay. That is your freedom;
2. Broccoli is slightly harder to ripen than other vegetables, it is best to sauté in advance;
3. In fact, it can be improved a bit. Put the small cayenne pepper in the pot at the last step, the color of the cayenne pepper will be more beautiful, anyway, the cayenne pepper can be eaten raw.
