The prawns are tender and nutritious. Since the prawns are frozen, I think it would be better to season them with tomato sauce. The cooking process adds red wine to enhance the flavor. The taste is great. The tomato sauce is sour and sweet. Can increase the flavor of dishes.

Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

1. Wash the tiger prawns and cut off the prawns, prepare ginger and minced garlic

2. Pour a little oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger shreds and sauté

3. Then add the shrimp to medium heat and fry

4. Turn over and fry and pour in the red wine, wait for the red wine to evaporate, turn off the heat and pick up

5. Pour a little olive oil in another pot, add garlic paste and sauté

6. Add the tomato sauce and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

7. Pour in some boiling water

8. Add sugar to adjust the sweet and sour taste and turn off the heat

9. Just pour the soup on the shrimp

Tips:

1. Use medium and low heat when frying, so that the moisture in the shrimp meat will not dry out;
2. Ketchup should use sugar to adjust the sweet and sour taste. Add a little sugar and adjust it to suit your taste.
