Shrimp Sandwich

After the shrimp is shelled, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp from the second and third nodes on the back of the shrimp;

Add ginger slices, salt, cooking wine and starch to the washed shrimps, stir well and marinate;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of oil, and add the marinated shrimp, green beans and red peppers to blanch;

Remove the shrimps after they change color, and pick out the ginger slices;

After a little cool, add the diced eggs, salt and black pepper to taste, then add the salad dressing and stir well;

Place the prepared filling on the diagonal of the whole wheat bread slice;

Pick up the two corners of the bread slice and fix it with a toothpick soaked in water;

Put the prepared sandwiches on the baking tray, and then apply a layer of butter on the surface;

Put it into the preheated 160 degree oven, and bake the middle and lower layer for 12 minutes;

Take it out, remove the toothpick, and put it on the plate.
Tips:
1. After the prawns are shelled, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp string from the second and third sections of the back of the shrimp, and then add salt to marinate;
2. Boil the marinated shrimps and vegetables into pre-cooked water. The vegetables inside can be mixed at will. Finally, mix with the diced eggs and add salt to taste;
3. The toothpicks are soaked in water in advance, put the prepared shrimp filling on the diagonal of the bread slice, then pick up the two corners and fix them with the toothpicks;
4. Put it into the preheated oven at 160°C and bake the surface to be golden, remove the toothpicks, and put on a plate.
