Prepare the main ingredients for cooking.

Just cut the chili into sections, or according to personal preference.
3.
Stir-fry the chopped green onion in a pan under hot oil.
4.
Spray the cooking wine in the dish.
5.
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to the chili.

The chili is almost fried, pour the meat into the pot and stir fry. Dip it in the soup and add salt to make it out of the pot.
Tips:
If you like to eat thickened dishes, you can pour the starch in the final step, stir fry and then take it out of the pan.
