Small Pickles for Appetizer
1.
Cut the pickled mustard greens into shreds. Soak in clean water for 10 minutes and drain the water.

Finely chop green onions.
3.
Mix chopped green onions and shepherd's purse shreds.
4.
Add sesame oil and soy vinegar and stir well.
Tips:
It tastes better if you add chopped coriander.
If you like spicy food, add some chili oil
