Small Wontons with Fresh Meat and Shrimp
1.
The minced meat is still delicious. I bought very little fat this time.
2.
Add minced ginger, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, and egg and stir well.
3.
Then add a small amount of peanut oil sesame oil and mix well. Keep in the refrigerator.
4.
Then process the shrimps, add appropriate amount of salt, a small amount of oil, dry starch to the fresh shrimps, and then rinse under running water until it is transparent. Add appropriate amount of salt, oil, a little cooking wine, and dry starch to pick up and marinate again.
5.
Everything is ready, open the package.
6.
Take one side of the crust, put an appropriate amount of meat, and then put a shrimp, and wrap it as you like.
7.
Wrapped won stew.
8.
Boil water in a pot, put the wontons in a stew and cook. Take a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, a little chicken essence, seaweed, chopped green onion or coriander (coriander is best), pour in the won stew, mix well, add the won stew, and a little sesame oil. A bowl of fresh small ravioli stew is finished.
Tips:
If the prawns are big, they can be divided into several pieces. The leeks didn’t exist at the beginning, but they were put in the bag later. It’s better to put a few pieces less. The won stew skin is pressed by yourself, and it feels delicious to make yourself.
