Smoked Duck Breast with Orange Salad

Process the orange first, remove the head and tail, and remove all the white skin along the shape of the orange

Wash and drain the green leafy vegetables used in the salad, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and wrap the bought smoked duck breast with tin foil

1. In addition to feta cheese, you can also choose other cheeses, such as cheddar, parmesan, and friends who don’t like cheese can also omit them directly
