Smooth and Slag-free Soy Milk

Fresh soybeans or dried soybeans foam overnight, wash and put into the pressure cooker

Add water (2.5 kg of water if you prefer to be thinner), cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat

Pour out and add sugar, mix well, let cool (if your soymilk machine can be hot, you can make soymilk directly)
