Soy Milk Pudding

75 grams of soybeans are soaked in water two hours in advance;

Put the soybeans into the wall-breaking machine, add 800ml of water to the fourth gear and beat for 1 minute;

Filter soy milk, add sugar, and cook in a milk pot;

Take 500ml of soy milk and air it until warm, soak the gelatine slices in cold water in advance, and put it in the soy milk which is air-dried to melt;

Pour the soy milk gelatin liquid into a cup and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. When you eat, you can mix it with your favorite fruit.
Tips:
1. Beat soy milk for 1 minute, boil soy milk for 1 minute, add gelatine flakes, in less than three minutes, you can make a healthy slimming and beautifying dessert, which saves time and effort;
2. Increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to your preferences.
