Spaghetti Bolognese

After the water in the pot boils, pour it into the sloping Italian noodles.

Cook for ten minutes to let the slanted tube surface become cooked.
3.
After removing the inclined pipe surface, pass the ice water twice.
4.
The sausage is fried and sliced.
5.
Pour oil in the wok, add garlic and saute.
6.
Pour the sausage and stir fry.
7.
Pour into the inclined pipe surface and mix well.
8.
Add a bag of spaghetti bolognese.
9.
Finally, stir evenly.
Tips:
1. The sausage I use is Jenny Jane's. This sausage has a lot of meat and needs to be fried before it can be sliced.
2. Don't cook the noodles too much, otherwise the flavor will be weak by adding sauce.
