This spiced tempeh is my mother’s specialty. When I was a student, I always brought a small bottle when I was living at school. Spiced Tempeh

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut the chili, shallots, ginger, garlic and set aside

3. Put oil in the pot

4. Fried ginger garlic

5. Add chili and fry for about 1 minute

6. Put the five-spice tempeh

7. Fry for another minute or so

8. Add 2 teaspoons of water and simmer

9. Sprinkle the shallots after the pan, the finished picture
