Spicy and Crispy Goose Belly

Prepare ingredients.

Put oil in the pot for heating.
3.
Add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir fry for a fragrance.

Add the dried chili section and stir fry for a spicy smell.

Pour in carrot slices and green pepper slices.

When the greens are cut off, add the shredded goose belly and stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry the shredded goose belly for 10 seconds, add salt, spicy fresh and abalone sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:
The goose belly shreds I use are semi-finished products, packed in bags, mature, slightly salty, very convenient to make, and greedy cats who can’t cook can try it! Don't put too much salt!
