Spicy Crab

First wash the crabs and then put the crabs on the pot and steam them in cold water for 6 minutes.

Unplan the crab, first break off the belly button at the back, and then open the lid to prevent the soup from flowing out and collect it into a bowl.

Remember to remove the gills and crab heart, then unload the four pieces and break the legs a bit with a crab clamp or a knife to make them delicious.

Set a wok to fry the ingredients, chili, green onion, and ginger, and then put the crab in. Put the exposed meat of the crab first and then fry it, then pour the crab juice.

Put the crab lid down and cover the pot and cook it over high heat. The crab lid just covers the crab legs for steaming. Add a few drops of soy sauce and a little sugar to adjust the flavor. Because the crab is salty, there is no need to add a lot of soy sauce.
