Spicy Lamb Lung

Lamb lungs are already cooked, and fresh chilies are prepared.

Cut the lamb's lungs into 3mm thick slices, mince the ginger and garlic, and cut the pepper into circles

The lung tablets are blanched again with boiled water and rice wine to remove the peculiar smell completely

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add ginger garlic and chili and stir fry until fragrant
