Spicy Roe

Washed carp roe, chopped pepper, farmhouse sauce

Heat the oil and prepare to chop the peppers.

Stir-fry the chopped peppers over low heat until fragrant.

Add fish roe.

Add farmhouse sauce.

Stir gently and fry evenly, be sure to keep the fish roe intact.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

After the fire is boiled, let it boil for 10 minutes.

Turn the roe gently and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add monosodium glutamate to enhance the umami taste, and turn off the fire after the juice is collected.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Because chopped pepper and farmhouse sauce have a salty taste, no salt is added.
2. Do not put farm sauce, other sauces can be used.
