Spicy Shiping Small Tofu

Wash the small tofu and absorb the moisture on the surface with oil-absorbing paper. Fry it until the surface is slightly golden.

Green peppers and yellow peppers are broken into small pieces by hand and set aside.

Cut the parsley with a knife.

Leave the bottom oil, star anise, and ginger slices in the pan to fry until fragrant. Add the spicy sauce.

Stir-fry the chili sauce evenly, pour in the fried small tofu and stir-fry.

Pour in a little water and simmer for one minute.

Pour the green peppers and yellow peppers into the pot and stir fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the green peppers and yellow peppers are cut off. Add various seasonings and stir-fry evenly.
9.
Turn off the heat and add coriander.
Tips:
You can use a non-stick pan when frying small tofu, which uses less oil.
