Do you often buy quick-frozen finished steaks and fry them to eat? In fact, I think this quick-frozen steak is also delicious when fried! I added the fish rolls when I was frying the steak, and it tasted pretty good ☺”

Steak Fried Fish Rolls

1. Chili peppers are removed and cut into pieces. If you like spicy food, you can skip the ribs.

2. Cut garlic into pieces.

3. Cut the quick-frozen steak into pieces for later use.

4. Add oil to the pot, lower the heat, and add the fish rolls. Because fish rolls are relatively unfamiliar, it is necessary to fry them for a while.

5. Stir fry until the surface of the fish roll turns yellow.

6. Add the butter pack that comes with the steak. If you don't like the taste, you can use cooking oil instead.

7. After buttering, pour the onion and garlic and stir fry, then add the cut steak pieces, and add a small spoonful of cooking wine.

8. Add chili and black pepper sauce and stir fry. After adding the black pepper sauce, it may become a little sticky. At this time, you can add a little water, just a little bit of water.

9. The finished product is out of the pot.

Tips:

This dish is purely homemade when I was cooking. My family likes it very much, I don’t know if it suits everyone’s taste😉
