Steak in Tomato Sauce with Macaroni

Ingredients: 1 slice of Horqin upper brain, 80 grams of red fruit juice, 1 small piece of green pepper, 1 small piece of onion, 1/2 tsp of basil, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, a little salt, 1 garlic powder /4 tsp, 2 tablespoons of macaroni in tomato sauce.

Wash the onion and green pepper separately and finely chop.

The beef uses kitchen paper to soak up the blood.

Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper, and spread evenly.

Coat a thin layer of oil in the pan and heat it up.

Add the steak and fry for 1 minute.

Tips:
If there is no sour sauce, you can use tomato sauce/sauce instead.
The ingredients can be adjusted according to your own taste.
If you like a slightly cooked steak, you can increase the cooking time.
