Steak with Okra and Black Pepper Sauce
1.
Prepare the raw materials, this time I specially bought Australian beef filet
2.
Niu Feili moved from the freezer to the refrigerator one day in advance to thaw at low temperature, take it out to warm it to room temperature when it is made, and then use kitchen paper to moisten the surface water
3.
Spread a little salt with fingertips and marinate evenly for 10 minutes
4.
Spread a small amount of butter on the surface
5.
Spread the butter evenly
6.
Boil the okra with boiling water for about 1 minute, take it out and set aside
7.
Before frying the steak, heat the steak plate in advance. Because there is something in the oven, I steamed it with boiling water for later use.
8.
In addition to the automatic barbecue function, this new electric baking pan of mine can also adjust the temperature manually. I did not use the highest fire, but medium fire. After preheating, the temperature during frying is about 190 degrees.
9.
After preheating to reach the required temperature, brush a little oil in the pan, add the steak, cover and fry for about 1 minute, then turn the heat to low, the temperature is about 160 degrees, and fry for another 2 minutes
10.
Then turn it over and continue to cook for another 2 minutes or so. Put the fried steak in the hot plate and cover with a light lid to wake up the steak. I forgot to take a picture of the process of covering it, so let me explain it in text.
11.
To wake up the steak, use a little butter to fry a little bit of onion, add the chopped okra and fry, sprinkle a little salt, and fry until fragrant.
12.
Fry okra while frying an egg
13.
After the steak wakes up for 7 or 8 minutes, put the fried okra and eggs on a plate, then drizzle the black pepper sauce, sprinkle a little sweet bean to decorate and enjoy
