Steamed Corn Mussels with Garlic

Material details... Choose 10 corn mussels of the same size.

Add appropriate amount of pepper, soy sauce and salt to the garlic, stir well and set aside.

Open the corn mussels with a knife, clean them, and place them on the plate.

Add vermicelli and minced garlic, steam for 7 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

Open the lid, put the chopped green onion and chili on the vermicelli (pictured), boil the boiling oil, and pour each of the mussels.

Add a little soy sauce at the end.
