Steamed Egg Pudding

Boil a pot of boiling water in a steamer for later use.

Beat the eggs with an appropriate amount of salt, and then add warm water (beat the eggs while adding water).

Strain the beaten egg liquid into a bowl.

Cover each bowl with plastic wrap.
6.
Put the custard in a steamer with boiling water and steam for 15 minutes.
7.
The steamed custard removes the plastic wrap, and pours in the light soy sauce and sesame oil to eat.
