Steamed Ribs with Glutinous Rice

1. Clean the ribs, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, ginger slices, and onions, and marinate for 8-24 hours.

2. On the second day, clean the ribs, pick up the onion and ginger, and re-add salt, sugar, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, and rice wine and mix well.

3. Wash the glutinous rice.

4. Pour the ribs into the glutinous rice and mix evenly.

5. Steam in the basket for 30-45 minutes, until the ribs can be removed.

6. Sprinkle pesto on the table and enjoy.

Tips:

The taste will be better if it is marinated twice. The first marinade is mainly to remove the fishy smell.
