Steamed Tilapia
1.
Clean the killed tilapia and drain the fish. The fish will be cooked easily when it is cut and steamed. Cut the shallots into sections, and shred the ginger slices.
2.
Drain the tilapia, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, and spread the whole fish evenly to taste. Spread ginger shreds on the fish body, and stuff some ginger shreds into the fish body to better get rid of the fishy smell.
3.
After the water is boiled over a high fire, put on a steaming rack, place the fish, cover the pot, and steam on medium heat for 10 minutes, without lifting the lid on the way. (Add more water in the pot to avoid drying out)
4.
After 10 minutes, turn off the heat, take out the whole fish, pour out the steamed fish from the plate (if you like more soup, leave a little water), sprinkle with chopped green onion, and pour 3 teaspoons of soy sauce (soy sauce) Please add according to fish size).
5.
Finally, pour out the water in the steamed fish pot, boil a proper amount of oil over the fire, and top with chopped green onion and the fish... It will make a squeaky sound and the fragrant fresh fish smell of chopped green onion~ such a smooth steamed dish. Tilapia has been completed for a long time, and quickly make this delicious fish for the family~ I look forward to your craftsmanship.
Tips:
Do not steam the fish for too long, as it will be easy to get old. The steaming time should be determined according to the size of the fish and the size of the fire. If you are afraid that the fish is not fully cooked, you can use chopsticks to poke it. A light poke can reach the end, and the fish eyes will appear, which proves that the fish is cooked. The red tilapia is more tender and delicious than normal black tilapia.
