Steamed Turbot

Remove the gills and internal organs of the turbot, and wash and set aside.

Scallion and ginger on the bottom of the plate.

Put the green onion and ginger on the turbot and steam it on medium heat for six or seven minutes.

Tips:
No need to add salt, the saltiness is just right.
