Stir-fried Bean Curd with Red Pepper Sausage

Dry pinto beans.

Cut pinto beans into strips.

Dice garlic.

Wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and slice it.

Wash the sausage and slice it.

Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and stir fragrant.

Add the sausage and dried bean curd and stir fry a few times.

Add the red pepper and stir fry until broken.
