Stir-fried Black Fungus with Matsutake

Wash the fresh Agaricus blazei Murrill and set aside, and soak the black fungus for use.

Pour the oil in a hot pan, throw the black fungus and Agaricus blazei into it and fry

Add some boiling water and stir fry evenly
4.
Add a little salt, simmer in oyster sauce, and prepare to cook
Tips:
Fresh matsutake is very particular about cleaning. You can't directly soak it in water. Instead, place it under running water and gently wipe it with a sponge or cotton cloth while rinsing to prevent the matsutake from inhaling too much water and affecting the taste.
