Agaricus and Mixed Mushroom Chicken Soup

After washing the dried mushrooms, soak them in water for 20 minutes. But don’t pour the fungus water, use this to cook the chicken soup directly, the mushroom flavor will be stronger

The chicken rack needs to be boiled with cold water in the pot first, and then into the soup pot, because the picture of the chicken rack dragging the water is horrible, it is not shown. The water for this soup is the water for the mushrooms just now. Start cooking together

Start processing Agaricus blazei. People in Yunnan like to use pumpkin leaves to wash off the mud. I'm afraid of the hair on the pumpkin leaves, so I should use a knife. . . . Shave clean

The chicken soup in the pot will boil for 20 minutes, then add fresh Agaricus blazei.

Because of the chicken rack we used, the chicken flavor will not be so strong, so we added a Shi Yunsheng chicken soup and boiled it together for 5 minutes. If you are using the whole chicken, you don’t need to add stock at all.
