Stir-fried Chicken with Chili

Cut the chicken into small pieces, wash, and fry the water in a pan.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, pepper, and chili.

Put the fried chicken on the side, pour oil in the pot, put the onion, ginger and garlic seasoning in the oil and boil for 7-8 minutes.

Put the chicken and chili together in the pot, add the very fresh soy sauce, thirteen incense, dark soy sauce, and salt. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Tips:
When making the seasoning, make sure to have a low heat, it will be mushy when the heat is in a hurry.
