Stir-fried Eel Slices with Green Pepper

The rice eel slices are cleaned and cut into sections. The green peppers are removed and washed and cut into pieces.

The rice eel slices are mixed with a little salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and then marinated for a while

Pour the right amount of oil into the pot and sauté the ginger slices first

Pour the green pepper slices and stir fry for a while

Add the marinated eel slices and stir fry together

Then add proper amount of cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, stir fry and then add proper amount of sugar to taste

After stir-frying evenly, it can be out of the pot
Tips:
When cleaning the rice field eel, it is recommended to knead it with a little salt and then wash it with flour. After the flour is washed, knead it with salt again, so that the cleaning is relatively clean.
