Stir-fried Garlic

Remove the garlic from the roots, remove the old leaves, wash them, and prepare them for fragrant drying

Use the back of a knife to loosen the garlic white to make it easier to taste

Then slice the fragrant dried and cut the garlic into sections

Warm oil in a pan, fry the fragrant dry in the pan until both sides are slightly yellow, pick up

Tips:
1. The tastes of each family are different, adjust according to their own tastes.
2. Don't use too much force when patting the garlic white, just pat it open.
3. There are many kinds of dried fragrant, the one I bought is originally a bit salty, so I need to reduce the amount of salt.
