Stir-fried Garlic

Remove the roots and useless yellow leaves of the garlic, wash, and cut into thumb-long sections. This is the thick white part of garlic.

This is the garlic leaf part.

Storm cured meat slices.

Pour oil in a dry pan and heat, add the meat slices and stir fry on high heat until the color is completely changed.

Add garlic white and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Add the garlic leaves and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the garlic is cooked. Add a little salt, light soy sauce and pepper and stir well.
