Stir-fried Green Cabbage with Heart-protecting Pork

Soak the cabbage in light salt water for 10 minutes, wash it repeatedly, and tear it into pieces by hand

Carrots are peeled, washed and sliced, garlic is peeled, washed and chopped

Sliced spiced heart-protecting meat, in fact, heart-protecting meat is the muscle tendon located between the diaphragm and liver of the pig. The shape of the meat is thick and it is round in this way. The white parts are all fascia, not fatty meat.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the peppercorns and star anise, fry the paste and remove it and discard it (you don’t need to fish it out, it’s just a little troublesome to pick it out when you eat it, this is optional), add carrot slices and stir
