Stir-fried Horseshoe with Winter Bamboo Shoots

1. Horseshoe (water chestnut), peel off the skin and clean

2. 1 winter bamboo shoot, steamed in advance

3. 2 garlics, 1 bigger garlic will do

4. Take appropriate amount of pickled vegetables and wash

5. Sliced horseshoe (water chestnut), sliced winter bamboo shoots, and cut garlic into small long pieces

6. Add a proper amount of oil to the pot. After the oil is hot, add the horseshoe (water chestnut) and stir fry

7. After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of salt

8. Then add winter bamboo shoots and snow vegetables
