Stir-fried Horseshoe with Winter Bamboo Shoots

Horseshoe (water chestnut), peel off the skin and clean

1 winter bamboo shoot, steamed in advance

2 garlics, 1 bigger garlic will do

Take appropriate amount of pickled vegetables and wash

Sliced horseshoe (water chestnut), sliced winter bamboo shoots, and cut garlic into small long pieces
