Stir-fried Kidney Beans
1.
Wash kidney beans and cut diagonally into small pieces, put them in boiling water and cook for 1~2 minutes
2.
Adding a teaspoon of salt and a few drops of edible oil can keep the kidney beans bright and lustrous. The high temperature water saves the time of frying and can also remove the poisonous protein in the kidney beans.
3.
Soak the wolfberry for later use; sauté the chives, ginger, and minced garlic in a frying pan, stir-fry the kidney beans and wolfberry until fully cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.
