Stir-fried Leek and Moss

1. Peel and wash lotus seeds; wash, peel, and cut thin slices of fresh lotus root; wash and cut leek flowers into small sections; mince ginger.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the minced ginger, stir fry the lotus root slices to make a paste.

3. Pour in the lotus seeds and stir well, add salt and pepper.

4. Add leek flowers and stir-fry evenly.

5. Season to taste, thicken the gorgon.
