Stir-fried Leek with Cuttlefish Flower

Wash the leeks and cut into sections.

Boil water in a pot, add the cuttlefish flower and blanch it for 10 seconds, remove it for use.

Heat oil, add minced ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Add cuttlefish flowers and stir fry.

Add the leeks and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Add beef powder to enhance the flavor.

Stir it evenly.
9.
Season with a pinch of salt.
10.
Stir well and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. Season with beef powder, you can omit MSG.
2. The leeks should not be fried for a long time when they are in the pot.
