Stir-fried Melon Seedlings with Garlic

A bunch of fresh melon seedlings.

Take off the old shredded.

Soak a spoonful of salt for ten minutes and wash it several times.

Wash it well, remove it and drain it.

Boil a spoonful of salt in a pot with water. The reason for adding salt and water is that there are a lot of fluff on the melon seedlings, so that the fluff will fall off after boiling.
