Stewed Tofu with Melon Seedlings

Pour sunflower oil into the pot and stir-fry the ginger diced to create a fragrance.

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Then pour a bowl of water into the pot and boil the melon seedlings together for about two or three minutes.

When the melon seedlings are boiled until soft, add a little salt, pepper and chicken sesame oil to taste, turn off the heat and add the chopped green onion.
