Tips:
1. Undercooked lima beans and butter beans contain linamarin, a cyanoside, which is harmful to human health. However, lima beans are safe after being cooked, and low-content linamarin is often used for cooking purposes. Eating a small amount of lima beans raw may cause people to suffer from crude abuse (the above is taken from Baidu), so the lima beans should be fried;
2. Stir the salted pickled vegetables and then stir-fry them to better reflect the aroma of pickled vegetables;
3. The pickled vegetables are salty, so no salt is added to the vegetables.
