Stir-fried Mung Bean Sprouts with Wild Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: Wild mountain dried bamboo shoots (already soaked).

Mung bean sprouts (cleaned).

Wash the soaked wild bamboo shoots and remove them.

Tear into silk, put on the chopping board and cut into sections.
