Tips:
The characteristics of this pasta: light color, delicate smell, smooth noodles, delicious taste, moderate saltiness, and slightly spicy aftertaste.
Tips;
1. Basil sauce and pasta meat sauce are usually sold at the same time in supermarkets that sell pasta. Basil sauce is also called green sauce.
2. If there are fresh basil leaves, which are commonly called nine-layered towers, buy them and chop them. Use them to stir-fry fresh green sauce. The taste will be even better!
3. In Italian restaurants, cooking techniques are very particular about pasta. After the water is boiled, hold a handful of pasta, then rotate it with your wrist, and throw the pasta in the pot to make it into an umbrella shape. The pasta will be submerged automatically according to the temperature. In boiling water, the pasta will not stick.
4. The pasta only needs to be boiled until it is ripe, because it needs to be fried later. If the pasta is cooked too badly, the fried pasta will be sticky and crumbly and not tasty.
5. After the pasta is about to be fried, sprinkle some cheese powder on it. The taste will be even better. I ran out of cheese powder and didn't put it in. It felt a little bit lighter.
This western-style pasta "Green Sauce Stir-Fried Pasta" with a large stir-fry spoon is ready. It tastes different than the pasta fried in tomato sauce, for your reference!
