Stir-fried Pea Sprouts

Wash the young bean sprouts and drain the water

Put the right amount of salad oil in the pot

Put the pea sprouts in a frying pan when smoking, add salt, cooking wine and stir fry until the color changes. (The cooking wine is added to remove the green and astringent taste of pea sprouts, and some pros don’t like that taste.)
4.
Finally, turn off the heat and add chicken essence to serve
