Stir-fried Pork Neck with Watermelon Rind

Remove the "green" skin of the watermelon and cut into slices. Cut the cucumber into slices. Cut the bacon into thin slices. Stir out the oil on medium and small heat, set aside;

Decant the excess oil, leave a proper amount of oil in the bottom of the pot, turn on medium-high heat, put the minced garlic and ginger on the pot, and sauté;

Pour in cucumber and watermelon slices, stir-fry until half-cooked, add salt, sugar, pepper and cooking wine, and stir-fry a few times quickly;

Pour in the salted neck pork, stir-fry for a while, and serve it out of the pot.
Tips:
Don't stir-fry the above two kinds of melons overripe or overheated. They are just ripe and the taste is crisp and crisp.
