Stir-fried Melon with Tofu and Bacon

Cut the bacon into thin slices, fry on medium and slow heat until the oil comes out, pick up the meat slices for use, and leave the oil in the pan;

Cut the dried tofu into slices, fry them in a frying pan with bacon until light golden brown, pick up, and leave oil at the bottom of the pan. If there is too much oil in the pan, spoon the oil;

Add a tablespoon of chopped peppers and sauté;

Pour in melons and dried bean curd, stir fry a few times, add salt, sugar and pepper, and mix well;

Pour the bacon and cook the cooking wine. Stir fry for a few times and serve.
Tips:
1. If you don't prepare chopped peppers, you can directly use garlic to stir fragrant;
2. Add appropriate amount of fresh chili flakes and stir-fry together with melons, a little spicy, a good dish to serve.
