Stir-fried Pork Stomach

1. Porcini

2. Tear and clean, smash the garlic cloves and chop them

3. Fish out for spare

4. Stir-fry the garlic cloves in a hot oil pan, add the pork stomach mushrooms and stir-fry continuously, add a small amount of water

5. Stir-fry for three minutes. Put in the right amount of salt, then stir-fry the oyster sauce for another minute.
