Stir-fried Pork with Home-cooked Dried Pork Skin

Dried pigskin, soaked in water for one morning.

Cut green onions and sauerkraut.

Wash the pork and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the pork, pour in the pork skin, let it sit for five minutes, add the sauerkraut, and keep it stuffed. When it is almost cooked, add the chopped green onion and add some salt to taste (the middle photo is exposed and omitted here).
