Stir-fried Pork with Summer Bamboo Shoots

Cut summer bamboo shoots in pairs and slice again! Boil water after cutting!

Cut the green peppers and slice the meat!

Add the bean paste.

Stir-fry the meat first, then add the green peppers.

After the green peppers are cut off, put the bamboo shoots in the summer, and put the vine pepper oil before frying!
